UX Hires - 404

I thrive on simplicity. In this design, I wanted to give the user options, but not give him or her too many options. They have the basic navbar where they can start from the beginning, they can search keywords on the site if they need something specific, they have the footer at the bottom and they have the site's (and most likely their) main goal right in their face in familiar looking buttons.

The old page had recent posts and archives, I thought that was unnecessary as this site is not a blog and their few posts are outdated. The user is likely here to either find a job or hire someone, so I made those two options clear and got rid of all the frills.
