Get hands-on experience with essential UX research methods.

In this collaborative, live streaming workshop, you’ll learn and practice some new UX Research skills and tools with Expert Researcher Michele Ronsen from Curiosity Tank and Joe Formica of Bitesize UX. You’ll take on the role of Lead Researcher for GoTogether, an app that helps friends find great outdoor activities and events to do together. We’ll learn and practice a variety of research methods to directly improve the experience of this app, while getting some experience with essential UX research skills, like conducting and analyzing a card sort.
When, and how to use secondary research, card sorting, and collaboration to create better experiences
How to analyze and interpret quantitative research findings
How to make recommendations for product improvements based on research insights

We'll learn and practice how to conduct a card sort and organize your research data

We'll take findings from our card sort, and learn how to synthesize data to create recommendations for improvement
