Design Feed Application

Researchreport

1. Research

I began by watching the user testing video to record information how the user navigates through the app. I observed what the user's motivation and pain points were while complete the desired tasks. I was able to joint down what the user's pain points and develop creative solutions to fix user's frustrations.

Wireframes

2. WireFrames

Next I began to sketch low-fidelity wireframes to create solve the user's pain points. I used pencil and paper to sketch the wireframes which was quick and allow to create a resolutions that will motivate users to complete their tasks while the using Design Feed.

3. High-Fidelity Wireframes

I create high-fidelity mockups to solve the user's problem, I used Adobe XD with the file that I download, and I was able to resolve the issues. First I let the users know that they needed to choose five topics, I did this by writing how topics the uses need and making the next button grey. Doing this would let the user they can not move forward without choosing five topics. Also wrote on the top " Great Choices!" having the text change help the user understand they have completed their task and can move forward.

4.Allowing the user to change topics

Solving the user's need to change the topics when they want, I did by creating a back arrow and writing out "Change your topics" next to the arrow, which guide the user back if they want to change the topic feed. Then I create a cancel button on the top right if the user changes their mind again. Finally if the user does changes their topics I create a button at the bottom letting the user know this update their topics and complete their task.
